Peter Friend has been with NFP for over two decades. He brings thirty years of experience in the healthcare field as an executive, consultant, speaker, and innovator. Mr. Friend previously served in a senior executive capacity in three healthcare institutions, including Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Highland Park Hospital (IL), where he helped orchestrate a merger with now 10-hospital Endeavor Health.

He has developed a unique partnership with a firm that is a national leader in providing superior non-qualified deferred compensation/benefits solutions to non-profit healthcare executives and their employed physicians.

Mr. Friend helps high to ultra-high net worth individuals, business owners, and families with multi-generational wealth, preserve, protect, and grow their most precious assets. He brings to his clients the consultative services provided by NFP (an Aon firm) including, but not limited to, executive benefits, employee benefits, and both commercial and personal property and casualty insurance. He provides comprehensive individual solutions using life insurance, annuities and long term care insurance.

Peter earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois and his Masters of Science in Health Administration from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.

Peter enjoys gardening, most sports, particularly those involving a racquet, and most of all, the time that he spends with his amazing wife, kids and a gaggle of grandkids.
